Kelowna, BC. – 4-H British Columbia and Kubota Canada Ltd. along with its dealer network are proud to
announce a major three year partnership between 4-H British Columbia and Kubota Canada. Kubota Canada’s annual 4-H British Columbia funding commitment of $10,000 a year for three years totalling $30,000 supports provincial programs and initiatives, including Youth Action, Agri-Career Quest, Provincial Club Week and Food For Thought. Kubota Canada also sponsored 4-H British Columbia Leaders’ and Key Leaders’ Conference this fall and is offering a 1% discount on equipment for all 4-H members in good standing and their families. The announcement was made at the 4-H
British Columbia Leaders’ and Key Leaders’ Conference on Saturday, October 15, 2016.
4-H British Columbia and Kubota Canada Ltd. have a mutual goal in engaging 4-H members to build future leaders to continue a thriving agriculture sector in British Columbia. All eleven Kubota dealerships from across the province will be involved by providing an invitation to 4-H clubs to take
part of “Evening with Kubota”, which will be an opportunity for youth to learn about careers within a dealership, for example: accounting, sales, mechanics, public relations and marketing and reception, to name a few.
